1 frozen banana
2 C frozen strawberries
1/2 C frozen blueberries
3/4 – 1 C Unsweetened Coconut Milk
fresh sliced strawberries
fresh, sliced banana
anything else you like!
Smoothie Bowl Instructions:
- Combine frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and coconut milk in blender. Puree ingredients until smooth. Add more or less coconut milk until your desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into bowl and add toppings, or put it in a glass if you wish! Enjoy!
