This delicious and nutritious smoothie will be sure to tame your craving for a sweet and filling breakfast or snack option in your busy day. Make it a fun project with your kids and let them choose their own toppings!

We love taking our daily dose of Flourish before enjoying our smoothies to aid in digestion and nutrient absorption. You can also stir it right in after it’s been blended!

Ingredients:

1 frozen banana

2 C frozen strawberries

1/2 C frozen blueberries

3/4 – 1 C Unsweetened Coconut Milkflourish probiotics smoothie bowl

Optional Toppings:

coconut flakes

fresh sliced strawberries

fresh sliced banana

fresh blueberries

chia seeds

…anything else you like!

 

Instructions:

  1. Combine frozen banana, frozen strawberries, frozen blueberries, and coconut milk in blender. Puree ingredients until smooth. Add more or less coconut milk until your desired consistency is reached.
  2. Pour into bowl and add toppings, or put it in a glass if you wish! Enjoy.
