Click LOGIN on the top right hand side of your screen. Select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ Enter your email address. A link will be sent to your email to reset your password.
Log into your account. The “My Subscriptions” tab in the Customer/Partner portal allows the full management of Autoship subscriptions.
Click on the accessory you would like to add to your subscription. Select Enroll in Autoship. Modify quantity and frequency. Enter 1 for Max Orders Before Expire. Choose $5 Autoship Shipping for the shipping method. Choose the same order date as the next processing date of your product subscription.
As long as the order date matches your product subscription, the two subscriptions will combine and create a single order that day to charge a total of $5 for shipping. After the accessory subscription processes, it will be expired, so it will not process again. You are able to create one for each accessory following the same process.
