Click LOGIN on the top right hand side of your screen. Select ‘Forgot Your Password?’ Enter your email address.
A link will be sent to your email to reset your password.
- Click on the product you would like to receive regularly and select Enroll in Autoship. Choose the quantity, shipping frequency, and Autoship Shipping method. Select the date in which you would like to begin your Autoship. Finally, select your preferred payment method and delivery address, then save the subscription.
- The shipping charge of one Flourish (plastic or glass) will be $5.
- Subscriptions for 2+ Flourish will receive FREE shipping (up to 18 plastic or 12 glass bottles.)
- You will need a U.S. issued credit or debit card to setup an Autoship Subscription.
- Orders of more than 18 plastic or 12 glass bottles will receive a 25% discount off the standard shipping charge.
Log into your account. The “My Subscriptions” tab in the Customer/Partner portal allows the full management of Autoship subscriptions.
You can skip a shipment by choosing a new order processing date.
Contact us before your Autoship subscription processes to add an accessory to your next shipment.
Please contact us to cancel your subscription. You also have the option to pause your subscription indefinitely through your Customer Portal.
The shipping frequency options for Autoship Subscriptions are weekly, every other week, monthly, or every other month.
Set up a subscription for each product and choose the same order processing date to ensure your order ships together.
Your order will process and ship within one business day.
On the order processing date, an order was created for you. Payments are processed each business day. Please contact us if your order needs to be cancelled.
